2. Accounts and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Services

FleetFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal and professional business operations (e.g., tracking taxi fares and expenses). You agree not to:

❌ Illegal Activity Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

❌ Data Mining Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to scrape or copy data from the Service.

❌ Account Sharing Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense your account access to third parties.

❌ Harmful Code Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. If you elect to sign up for a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, with reasonable notice provided to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FleetFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
